Making caramel became part of our holiday tradition, and over time we kept refining it until we found the balance we loved most.
At the heart of our caramel is an abundance of heavy cream, carefully balanced with sugar and salt and slowly cooked to develop its depth.
The result is a caramel that is silky, deeply rich, and unmistakably cream-forward.
Made with 50% heavy cream and carefully crafted in small batches, La Sesta Ora is the caramel we wanted to create — and now, the one we want to share.
